Frontline Recruitment Derby Ltd are hiring for a permanent SHEQ Manager for our reputable client based in Derby on a regular day shift. This is an excellent opportunity to join a long establishe production/manufacturing company at an exciting period of growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and maintain SHEQ management systems in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and working towards ISO 45001.
Ensure compliance with all relevant Health & Safety legislation and manufacturing standards.
Conduct risk assessments, audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
Drive environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives.
Manage quality performance, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
Deliver SHEQ training, inductions, and toolbox talks.
Act as the main point of contact for audits, regulators, and customers.

Requirements

Proven SHEQ / HSEQ experience within a manufacturing environment.
Strong working knowledge of UK H&S legislation.
NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum).
Experience managing ISO-certified management systems.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Desirable

NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
Lead Auditor qualification.

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday (40 hour week) with an early Friday finish

Salary

Negotiable based upon previous experience plus company benefits including quarterly bonus.
